Then sweating through last summer because I felt too embarrassed to wear anything cool that might reveal any of my flabby skin. Oh and there is the daily, "Oh what can I wear today that doesn't make me look like a bean bag." &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Not being able to stuff because you feel to tired or fat or old, really sucks.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So I am putting the steps in place to lose 50 pounds by the time I am 50.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;On Tuesday I went and visited my GP.  Just to check that I have no underlying issues.  She has put me on Nexium to fix my mild reflux and ordered a ton of blood tests.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I have to walk a little every day and eat healthy. Doctor's orders.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My orders... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;No eating after 9 pm, 2 fruit and 2 - 3 vegies serves every day.  (I don't eat a lot.  I just eat mostly the wrong things.)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Drink lots of water.  I do drink a lot of herb tea so that one is cheating a bit as it will not take much effort.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Get more sleep.  This is going to be the hardest.  A restless partner who twitches and snores, too much time on facebook and my overactive mind are all something I need to work through.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Start weight...
